hey all, long time no see!!

i've managed to catch a virus, and i was ill over the weekend, but now i'm back (cough included), and i'm gonna post some stuff i've done!!!!!!!

the assignment was to animate a character made out of a cube shape and a circle shape, with no features or fingers. the character had to jump, and react to something off-screen, but i'm not sure about how well it's handled... the dude IS reacting to something, but he might as well have peed himself, i don' know. anywa, i'm quite pleased with the overlap, the anticipation could use some more work, but figuring out how the arms move was a pain, so i kinda sorta maybe gave up after a few attempts...
it was fun though!!

i've had life drawing classes as well, but since i don't have a camera, i haven't been able to show them here... this will be remedied soon!!

a bunch of danny phantoms because i love that cartoon... the head turn looks terrible bc i had to print screen every frame and copy paste them into photoshop, which also threw off the timing... i'm a bit proud, but mostly i'm mad as hell

(whoa i really got lazy with those tweens hahaha. the heavy ball animation, the first one, is about... 20 frames, the light ball is around 30.)

in other news, weve watched some movies recently, ill try my best to write about them as soon as i get back to my room!! ive also watched some animated films on my own, ill try to write about those as well.

welcome to my school blog, ill post pretty much everything i do here, from life drawing to animations to doodles i like. right now it'll be a bit quiet, until i bother scanning things (i hate scanning things) and get my thumb out of my butt.

as a fair warning, when im bored i usually draw myself (whoa what a narcissist) but it helps get the drawing gears working haha
